Spiceman, I too feel it would be good to meet up w

Now lets talk about what just happened, and what we can expect.
For every one million shares you once owned, you will now have only 200 shares. A "D" will be tacked on the end of HIMR for the next 20 trading days (approximately one month), and during that time you will not likely be able to sell what few shares you have remaining. This sucks big time, and I can honestly say this is the most drastic reverse split I have ever personally seen.
I believe (or suspect) I know what happened to Hollund, and why the need for the reverse split. I stand by what I was told about logs already cut and waiting to be pulled on shore. However, I now suspect Hollund had no money to mill the wood, and the hope that Pedro would handle that end of the business probably fell through. This is the bad news.
Do I think Hollund will recover from this? Maybe. The business is still remarkable, and the tigerLynk is still a game changer. However, sometime shortly after the D is removed from HIMR, I would expect a name change. I say this because the name Hollund Industrial Marine will likely be trashed because of this reverse split. Many of you invested what little you had in this company, and probably have little more to invest. However, I would invest in this new company that rises from the ashes of the old. I suspect the company will transform itself, add partners and personnel, and acquire new concessions. Hollund must release news this week regarding an A/S reduction, and must soon release a new business model for investors to consider. I will be very interested to hear what they have to say.
I wish everyone well, and hope this R/S is something you can all recover from. I don't like it, and I don't expect anyone else too. However, a new company may soon be born that can and will actually make good on the promises made in the past. The country of Panama is an ideal location for rapid growth in this young industry.
