PGCX's current market cap is under 1 mil, current revenue is $280,000 to $420,000 a month depending on the amount of barrels purchased each week from FYA Field Services LLC of Independence Kansas. Profit is $56,000 to $84,000 a month on the purchase order.

The purchase order is on page 99 of the audited S-1/A from August 20, link below:

New sales personnel will start in the field the second week of Sept., with training and a marketing plan beginning the first part of Sept. according to the S-1/A page 46, link above:

"The promotion of the product will begin with sales training in September of 2014. Two sales personnel will be the
responsibility of the company initially. The marketing plan will be developed during this time with the milestones for each party identified.
They will be in the field starting the second week of September. The initial budgets will be $10,000 per month for the first three months and ramping up to $15,000 per month thereafter. Commissions will be paid at 7% on sales after the invoice is paid so no out of pocket costs. The initial funding for this will be from loans from existing shareholders to be infused by September 1, 2014."

Share structure: 93,886,184 OS and has been since Dec. 31, 2013 and debt as of March 31, 2014 was $961,433. All in the S-1/A above.

Volume has dropped off the last two weeks as this one is way under the radar still. However, news may be coming next week as per an email I received from the company yesterday they are concerned about releasing any info without making sure the SEC and their council sign off, it is my understanding this is due to the S-1 finalization.

Here is the email questions and answers I sent Thursday evening and received answers to Friday morning, answers in bold;

As a current shareholder excited about the future of Virtual Sourcing and its subsidiary Allied Recycling Corp I was wondering if the company would be updating shareholder in the near future?

We will have a conversation with the SEC and counsel today about that issue. The SEC is particularly concerned about any press during this period that has any impact on the market.

I understand from the last S-1/A that sales personnel will likely be starting in the field next week, does this mean we will here of more purchase orders soon?

Personnel has been on the road for the last four weeks in Kansa and Texas and will be again for the next couple of weeks specifically in the Kansas oil patch and may be in the Oklahoma oil areas as well during this time.

Will we also here about the marketing plans and direction the sales team is focused?

The product has many potential applications and others are being explored as of this e-mail. Our initial target market is the field service providers who haul frac water, flow back water, sludge, etc and those operations who clean and dispose of tank bottoms.
.

Recent news and filings for PGCX are at OTC, next week may be interesting here. This one moves fast due to the low OS and float.
