Don't be sorry and you speak the truth. I agree and only good news might bring in buyers which we do not have now. Past history on other stocks that have risen sharpley according to Cool is no indicator for TECO. Hedge funds will do all they can to surpress this stock and nobody can stop them. Look at the ask now at .022 for 340K shares. Who will take that out? Very good chance we go under 2 cents today. Nobody can tell where the bottom is.
