If you have emailed or called the TA over the last 2 months you would know that the OS and Float have not increased since they increased like Secco said they did in June. I have no problem with the OS increase to 500m shares as long as that stock is being used to close oil deal acquisitions and/or JVs. Time will tell but many of us were told those deals are coming. We were told by Naumu and Chris Jensen, not by Rick Wilson who has no credibility left from lying to shareholders for 6 months.
