SPECIAL ALERT: DNDT
DNDT is one I have been accumulating a lot of lately. First of all, it's a low-floater - 40M float, but it is believed that about 25-30M is in cert. form and not free-trading. DNDT was not reporting for a couple years until earlier this year, when they got current with filings, reduced the A/S from 2B to 800M, and have authorized 40M preferred shares for planned acquisitions. They currently have just one subsidiary, Best Balms, which in itself is already profitable. There are several other acquisition deals in the works, which should substantially grow the company. DNDT is attempting to put together a sizable holding company - has the same management as JAQC, which not too long ago ran from under .01 to over $1.00. A couple months back, DNDT had a mini-run from sub-penny to .06 - I believe it will pass .06 once it starts to breakout again.
NOW HERE IS THE OPPORTUNITY: DNDT looked ready to start running last week until a fairly large seller came along to stop it. This one seller started with about 700k shares being offered at .01, and is now down to about 300K left and down to .005. There is a very good chance the stock starts to run as soon as this single seller is done, so .005 may end up being a huge buying opportunity ahead of the next run, especially if it runs right past the .06 that was touched last time.
