Dreaming... If I had a company with promising research and had submitted an IND / or received positive test results of a new product and my company's ticker symbol had been issued and was going to be publicly traded soon, what would I expect to do:
1. Announce the issuance of the ticker symbol and the fact that our company's stock will soon be trading on the "x" exchange - next week, within several days etc.
2. Announce the good news of test results and IND or at least announce that the company would be updating investors soon about recent positive developments.
This would be the minimum I would do a week in advance of the stock trading to as to generate interest and allow the news to permeate the market and create anticipation.
3. In the case of the ticker symbol trading before my PR, I would issue a PR clarifying the circumstances so as to avoid rumors and establish transparency for potential large investors instead of allowing the company's stock price to languish for days before going public. By the end of today, over a million shares of RGBP will have traded hands or 5% of the public shares issued without a peep from the company.
The fact that none of this is happening gives me a sour stomach and a sense that what we are hoping for and expecting may very well not be in the cards this month.
After all, besides Koos, there is Ichim (who has experience running Medistem) and Suhy supposedly, who knows the rituals, so why we are left in extended silence for weeks after deadlines and projected milestones pass is beyond me other than the possibility it bodes ill winds.
