it's been just over a year since PROs' have had to show PTOI trades
as *short exempt*
appears BB is on vacay .. hence the requisite appearance by another
but last time *entity* did days upon days re: short exempt trades
*coincidentally* was just b4 current Ceo was installed
and as i've noted a few x now .. the last *round* re: entity's wicked gamble
(to break the stock decisively) was undertaken
So short exempt
What does that mean?
· a short sale order submitted by a broker-dealer that was above the national best bid at the time of submission,
· short sales where the seller may be deemed to "own" a security but who may be technically considered a short seller due to a delay in delivering the security,
· certain odd-lot transactions,
· certain domestic and foreign arbitrage transactions,
· sales resulting from over-allotments and lay-off sales, riskless principal transactions and volume weighted average priced basis trades.

just a reminder that the 2 trades marked *short exempt* >> were the 2 known legit bids by a P2O long
one of which >> 1754 was in fact 2020 >> which couldn't even be filled
in total (266 still owed) even tho' *colluding* entities could manage
>> snicker >> 2 additional 5k *trades* @ the same bid price (155)
documentation is their achilles' heel
and i've collected all sorts of *fans*
