May 28
Republic of Texas Brands(RTXBQ)emerges from bankruptcy
June 24
-RTXB names formaer Professional Athlete, Tom Shuman, as CEO
Shuman brings 30 years of experience in beverage business
-Launched his own SmarteRita brand that is in stores today
June 27
-RTXBQ announces when they get the approval from the courts about coming out of bankruptcy they plan to merge with CHILL-Texas.
-At this point CHILL-Texas has opened a sizeable Texan customer base and will easily open distribution of the new Hemp drink line when ready
-Shuman's experience of 30 years has made countless contacts with national chains Albertson's, Wal-Mart, Sam's Club, and 7-Eleven.
July 31
-RTXB completes acquistion of CHILL-Texas. CHILL-Texas becomes fully-owned subsidiary of RTXB.
-CHILL-Texas brings the entire CHILLO Energy beverage and C-Swiss Ice Tea product, inventory, and distribution rights
-The CEO of CHILL-Texas, randy Safford, has existing relationships with clients who have been purchasing CHILLO Energy products and C-Swiss Ice Tea products for many months
-With the acquiation, CHILL-Texas announced their distribution initiatives for their CHILLO Hemp Energy drinks in Ohio, five burroughs of New York City, and Jamaica
-Chris Dawkins is hired by CHILL-Texas to handle the Marketing and distribution in North America
-Planning on October launch of TotallyHempCrazy Energy drinks
-6 new flavors being launched of TotallyHempCrazy
August 5
-RTXB changes name to TotallyHempCrazy (THCZ)
-They announce they will roll out three product lines of Hempbased products
-One line is a hemp based flavored water drink withfour flavors
-The second line is a hemp based iced tea
-The third line is a hemp based energy drink
-CHILL-Texas announced they had a busy week shipping their own CHILL)-Energy + C-Swiss Tea product
- Commercial accounts have been pressing them for the new proprietary brand products
- Initial production for the hemp Iced Tea and Hemp enrgy drinks will be 8400 cases each
- Reduces authorizes shares to 400 million and outstanding shares to 202 million (almost 50% reduction)
- CEO Shuman stresses NO reverse split

THCZ announce they have appointed Rhino Marketing Worldwide to develop a global marketing plan and launch strategy of their Hemp based product
Rhine marketing has been around since 1994 and helped companies such as Wolfgang Puck Iced Coffee, Red Bull, Nissan, Strykr Orthopedics, and the National Football League
CEO states they are 100% confident new Hemp based products will be a huge success
News release states THCZ to get into Hemp based wines
Rhine Marketing claims that consumers will fall in love with these products both domestically and internationally

CEO, Tom Shuman, goal is to attend the Las Vegas NACS (National Association of Convenience Stores) on October 7-10. Working diligently on production. Will be huge exposure for this HEMP Energy Drink company.
