You know the one about a picture and a thousand words. We have a TelVue investor who not only speaks the truth but backs it up with a few of those screenshots that are now on the cloud and people like to make fun of. There will be laughter involved before this is over.
“On May 1,2014 100 shares were bypassed”. No it was not a “All or nothing thing”. In order for it to be “ALL OR NOTHING” a minimum of 300 shares must be involved. The rules work both ways even if it is a bit lopsided. This is but a very small part of the documentation that is available. No wonder many are excited
