The Certification Process for Part 121 applicants consists of a pre-application process and a series of 4 phases and 3 gates that must be successfully completed when progressing between phases.....
Is that what's been taking so long to get phase 3 PR'd??? just need more patience which we all have. Ihub bashers are having a field day those losers.
Truly do hope to see a pr about phase 3 next week...
