Fair warning, but rest assured Phase III will not be COMPLETE by the end of this month, nor will the certificate be issued by October 1st.
At no time will anyone at HQ ever tell me what the schedule is, but in all fairness they need to keep me aware as to when I will need to meet my gentleman's agreement.....and as of right now, that is set for the first week of October.
It is happening...and it is delayed, LIKE ALWAYS, but every day we do get a little bit closer.
As of right now I do expect to hear (in a Press Release) about N706BL and about Baltia's acceptance into Phase III - all of which I really hope will happen before the end of next week, but certainly (IMHO) before the last 3rd of September (that is, sometime before 9/20/14).
Time will tell, but you can truly believe that every day we do get closer and closer - no matter how frustrating the wait can be.
The target is moving at 10 mph away from us, but we are racing towards that target at 35 mph. Sooner or later, we are going to catch up to it...................
