Whether the catalyst is supposedly the disruptive technology or whether the machine is the supposedly disruptive technology is something which can be debated in this information vacuum forever. The best path is to ask the company. However since the company keeps everything secret from the owners (shareholders), that's going to be hard to find. The better debate would be why the company's insiders continue to withhold material information from its owners.
It's been almost thirteen months since just the latest strategy of adding processor sales to the business plan. Not only are shareholders kept deaf and dumb about why the last business plan of fuel sales was wildly unprofitable, they're being kept in the dark about how the processor sales effort is going.
You need to understand that Mr. Bordynuik never provided any evidence whatsoever that plastic could be turned into something more valuable than that plastic. All he did was lie and say that he could make fuel for $10/bbl and had an offer in place for WTI-$3. Don't trust a swindler with your hard-earned money.
