Many years ago my co. wanted to enter the Chinese market. It just about took forever. It was like a wagon wheel with many spokes. Each spoke had to be solicited technically and "socially' .There was the government agent for licensing, the CEO, the general manager, and the superintendent , all of whom had to be sold on benefits of the product and 'entertainment'. In addition one had to employ the agent that was specified, No wonder why SCRC is so late but our day will come and any additional orders should zip right thru.
