Audits are not quick so FORM 10 and audited fins are likely not ready yet. The unaudited are late. With their unaudited financial statement and legal opinion letter, I was told today we should see them shortly. Unfortunately accountants are not the most reliable people on the planet. They tend to be late especially for non reporting pink sheet companies who are likely always late in paying them for their services. Let's see what happens with $BKEN financials and opinion letter here shortly. To me its not a big deal. I have been in plenty of stocks with stop signs and have still done VERY well with them as they get back to pink current.
