Another deletion by that Admin Edward.....I am restricted to 1 post per day, but no matter how many times retired, fruckup or Wazzup get deleted, they never get restricted. There is a TMMI hater in admin!!!
Hey Mr. Fruckup....where did the judge say that TMMI must sue HP???? Very vivid imagination I would say. Can you please copy and paste it onto a post FROM THE OFFICIAL COURT MINUTES, CAUSE IT AIN'T NOWHERE TO BE FOUND ON THERE???? I say you can't because it is not true. There is not one word mentioned about HP or that TMMI has to sue anyone----they already have all the guilty culprits named in this lawsuit---no need for any more suing.
Please accept that fact, and that the writing is on the wall (the demise of the defendants), or this case would have been squashed long ago because of the statute of limitations---it was not because the judge saw thru what had happened, and also saw that great harm was done to the Plaintiffs.
Unfortunately for the Demented Ones, the MONEY JUDGEMENT PENALTY WILL BE HUGE----DO I SEE THE WORD BANKO IN THE NAMED PERPS FUTURE
MOST DEFINITELY YES!!
Also, not one of the Defendants can or will sue TMMI.....that is in the Nevada---not Colorado--- Rules and Procedures which I posted awhile back on this board....much too late for that.
This ain't gonna be pretty for the perps at the end!!!
