Obviously if a supplier, express scripts, stops approving compounding products that takes some of the wind out of our sails. That is one reason why refills are important. Just think for yourself or anyone else who has a medication. If it's working for you and the physician signs off on 3-6 refills, you will keep filling that rx each month.
I believe that ScripsAmerica will look for other pharmacy acquisitions or strategic partnerships, if they haven already. I think $4m+ will easily be sustainable for this year and next. Like Guts said before, even if the astronomical reimbursements are capped, we should be in a position with very large volume. That will help
