"There is no Green Asset".. money??!!
Actually, your opinions about Green Assets being just a lot of hot air is itself a lot of hot air, IMO.
Let us review what we know about Green Asset International Inc. First of all, it was a start up company backed by a private equity firm which it seems now is in the process of basically becoming and/or rolling itself into MCM which is a wholly owned subsidiary of RFMK.
"They're a shell of a company with nothing but a questionable funding deal that hasn't been drawn against yet..."
Questionable funding deal?! You are entitled to your opinion and you can call it what you wish but the link below is the article/PR which explains the business relationship. It would not hurt to brush up your DD in this area, IMO.
http://www.pr.com/press-release/392412
"...Chairman and CEO Cheryl Shuman announced today that it has signed a term sheet to enter into a Special Private Placement Agreement (SPPA) for $10,000,000 of equity line funding with Equity Partners Fund SPC (EPF). The terms give Green Asset the right to increase the amount of the equity line funding up to $100,000,000.
The terms of the SPPA allow Green Asset to draw down funding over a three-year period once the company is listed and has an effective registration statement covering the shares to be sold pursuant to the SPPA . The SPPA also provides that the price at which shares may be subscribed by EPF is 90% of the lowest daily volume weighted average price during the fifteen consecutive trading days selected by Green Asset and set forth in a draw down notice sent to EPF. Green Asset is able to specify a minimum acceptable price for each draw down period to prevent significant dilution in the market below what the company feels is an acceptable price.
Green Asset plans to target for acquisition the best of breed green and social media companies that already are successful, focusing on consolidation in the sectors. The funding agreement is designed to aid the objective of finding already established companies in expanding fields and backing those companies to acquire other good companies in their sector and consolidate them. The company believes there are many good companies that are successful yet capital constrained...."
" EPF has no outside investors and is considered a private fund run by its principals, similar to a merchant bank that invests its own capital and as such it is seeking capital appreciation through the identification and funding of liquid growth companies. This Equity Line Funding provides companies with flexible terms and a low discount to draw down funding."
As for the private fund, "Equity Partners Fund SPC" ("EPF") :
http://www.equitypartnersfund.com/
"Equity Partners Fund SPC has established both a segregated portfolio company and has several portfolio companies through which it makes investments on a global basis. We generally look to invest amounts from $25 million up to $500 million directly into listed companies..."
"Managing Director [ : ] Alvin was one of the founding pioneers of the hedge fund industry and was involved in launching some of the first hedge funds in Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Holland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland."
Digging a little deeper, we can see that EPF extended a $100M equity line of funding to Condor Acquisitions Inc.
http://www.1888pressrelease.com/condor-acquis...13308.html
In July 2012, Condor went on to acquire an estimated $1B in mining and oil/gas assets in Asia. And Condor was finally able to make public the announcement about the funding package (above).
http://condoracquisitions.com/press/condor-ac...as-assets/
"...Condor recently received a $100,000,000 of equity line funding in support of its acquisition activities..."
And.. Oooohhh, lookie lookie, more goodies... a month later the market found out that the assets purchased were assets previously of CHAMA Technologaes Inc

Hmmmmmmmmmm..................
I would re-do your DD on this because on second glance it looks like this firm is made up of SERIOUS MONEY , private money, big money, global money and Cheryl Shuman seems to have tapped into it perhaps through her connections and star power, just IMO, of course!
Do your DD, or do not, there is no try.
GLTA!
