It was great to read astegall's post of encouragment and conversation with Reid.   I agree  that there must be plenty of money on the sidelines who know the E&P business and understand the delays better than most if not all board members on the web.  I bet these money folks knew that 2012 was going to be a tough year before Reid did.  There will be a magic PPS that will ignite the fuse and more than likely it will time with some serious milestones coming in shortly after.  The PPS might need to go lower but IMO it won't be more than a month or two before we see improvement.  PR's won't be needed to ignite the PPS and I hope PR's will be released after the flow rates are well verified.  IMO the big money watching the progress in real time on the ground and in constant communications will start the buying well before the retailer knows what hit them.
