If they treated Dr. Apel that way, imagine the callous contempt they hold for myriad shareholders they've ripped off for 18 months. My first thought was why Apel waited so long. If you're on FB, ask Apel if he'd like to share his story and more with state and federal prosecutors. Private sector lawyers who are looking at these three firms (IEquity Corp, SKTO, AEGY) would also be interested. If the doctor wants justice and disgorgement meted out to the IEquity/AEGY/SKTO/BBio slime who ripped him off, treated him like yesterday's newspaper and defrauded hundreds, perhaps thousands, of investors of many millions of dolllars, that's the way to go about it. Dream team, indeed. Allyn, Benz, Jan, Hipple, Burke, Mayor, Naveda, Hoye, Gelmon, Barrera, Peterson and those crony lenders. They deserve many sleepless nights.
