Oh yes !!!
I have spent most of my day answering that very question
I call even the market maker who was even shocked at the fact it was trading today
Hum why would they be shocked you ask ?
Well come to find out that yet bmak has a exclusive trading period Nd they were NOT the one trading today they did get back the ticker but didnot get back the final opening trading # from finra
They are not happy that unsolicited bids and ask we're happening !!!
They bmak can not trade for a few more days ( go figure )
Hens they were caught of guard and if you think they were well so was Koos
That is all I can say there
Now all that said some one jump the gun and started trading unsolicited share !!
And there is muck more going on then I am allowed to say
