On delay again. I suspect the annual report will be much like the previous reports in that it will show revenue but give very few details about the revenue. I hope McHenry is speaking the truth when he says the audit will be completed with Q1 filings which would be due by October 15th. This means the auditor should be working on the audit now.
I think it would be beneficial if McHenry goes into further detail about DUTV. What is TORQ? Why is the TORQ deal still not completed with the delivery of the shares? What is the "IP" value of TORQ? Why were there no assets with the acquisition of TORQ? What about Vizzage? Why not update the website?
Maybe we get a few answers in this next filing but who knows. I'd like to see the audit completed and McHenry file to start reporting to SEC again. If he is serious about uplisting he has to do this.
