I have been in email contact with a realtor named Carlos from Panama City. He said he recently sold a property on Lake Bayano and had no knowledge of any logging operations as of a few months ago. He is looking into it more and trying to get me in contact with someone who knows more about it. I am hoping for some good news and solid evidence we have something going here.
