"?#?MCIG? just arranged to pay the annual dues so that it remains listed in whats known as the OTCQB directory. There is no tangible difference between our current designation as: OTC and SEC Reporting and being listed on the OTCQB directory on the OTCmarkets.com website. However, it seemed to confuse a lot of our shareholders so we decided to expend the additional $10k a year in fees."
