It has been suggested that the purchase of stock of TelVue may , by some corrupted
interpretation of the law , be illegal. I can’t stop people from suggesting anything they
wish no matter how very serious an accession of this nature may be
It’s possible there could be something illegal here but I suggest it’s in the selling
and not the buying that may be illegal.
If you look closely at the accompanying level 2 it will suggest that in a short while
the shares of TelVue will be taken down by a buy of 300 shares by a bidder.
I wonder if that’s true ??? When a stock transacts at bid it is a buy by someone
who wishes to own this stock.
Since it has todays date on it and time stamp it suggests someone is able to predict the future.
