September 2, 2014

The Board of Directors (“the Board”) of Medinah Minerals, Inc. (“the Company, OTC PINK “MDMN”) announces that Mr. Juan Jose Quijano Fernandez has tendered his letter of resignation from the positions of President and Director of the Company, effective August 31, 2014.

“Medinah Minerals, Inc. is now well positioned due to it having recently secured an exciting Joint Venture Mining Option Agreement leading to the exploration, drilling and development of the Altos de Lipangue group of claims. It has been an honor and a privilege to have served and worked with the entire Medinah team, and to have witnessed the ADL project advance to its current state.
