I've been following this- sometimes from a distance- since 2010- at the urging of my friend
some here have a better idea of the commercialization timeline than i but the headlines this year suggest maturation of the technology and a transition to commercialization
prior to revenue many companies by necessity sacrifice transparency -thus ''no info'' classification on otc
since the co does not run promos-which are often the death of a company anyway,and without transparency
on the otc or w the sec its still an undiscovered stock-
and only the forerunners w prescient insight into the game changing technology are holding- as commercial investors cant or wont invest in a non- OTCQB company -though at least they have a good website w updates
so I would look forward to the day when they could afford to increase transparency -limited info otc class ca 3k/yr, pink current 5k/yr, otcqb probably ca 15 k/yr w institution of a new 10k fee/year just to be on otcqb
OTCQX min pps of either .10 or .25
each move up increases potential and actual investor pool
these figures above dont seem like much but can be a good % of startups costs- though w a game changing scientific endeavor like this one it would seem the above was paled by development costs
does anybody have an idea of the development costs?
If costs arent holding back greater otc/sec type transparency,what is?
they have the patents and unpatented material can be kept secret even in sec filings
As scientists are they just not focused on the stock market aspects?
