Tractor Supply Names Chad Frazell Senior Vice President, Human Resources

BRENTWOOD, TN--(Marketwired - September 02, 2014) - Tractor Supply Company (NASDAQ: TSCO), the largest rural lifestyle retail store chain in the United States, today announced that Chad Frazell has joined the Company as Senior Vice President, Human Resources. Mr. Frazell reports to Greg Sandfort, President and Chief Executive Officer, and serves on the Company's executive committee.

Prior to joining Tractor Supply Company, Mr. Frazell was Senior Vice President, Human Resources for Shopko Stores Operating Co., LLC. From 2008 to 2011, he served as Vice President, Human Resources for Kohl's Corporation, where he began as a store manager in 1999. Prior to 1999, Mr. Frazell served as a store manager and assistant manager for Target Corporation. He began his career with Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., where he served as an assistant manager and sales associate.
