Firstly . . . my explanation of my computer inadvertently changing the spelling of 'Baltia to Baltic, was explained in Post # 2008 - - - but, mysteriously, that post was deleted . . . . wonder why? . . . .
Secondly . . . forgive my mistake - my thinking you capable of reading between the lines. You seem to understand when Baltia has its hands tied and cannot speak openly in public at times, but don't understand the same elsewhere . . . formal "gag order" ? No . . . but an informal one from people you'd accept it from.
