Looking forward to that expert testimony from La Porte who IS a real expert - someone who has ACTUALLY seen the bonds, held them in his own hands and is happy to be an expert for the company! La Porte clearly knows more than we do and thinks they are genuine. Who am I to argue with him?
ING is just trying not to get fined by Dutch regulatory authorities and save their ass from criminal fraud charges!
He has confirmed to two separate people on this board who are completely unrelated that he thinks the bonds are genuine.
