well there are many variables to consider. e.g.--the price of the IPO, PRIVCO would still need to raise funds instead of hand all their stock to Treaty shareholders, the timeline for initaiting the IPO, the number of shares you hold versus the value of the equipment we have so to speak sent to PRIVCO to do their business.....and I am sure they will not go one for one considering we have almost 2 billion shares outstanding. So the ratio of our shares to PRIVCO would be determined as stated...
Anyways, it is still one heckuva great thing to have a penny stock, that isn't even a penny , offer a dividend....To me that is an outstanding event.
