I bought some of this over time back in the late 9

I bought some of this over time back in the late 90's. Has been an excellent long term hold. I knew someone working there at the time and they said it was a solid company. So I rolled the dice. Looking to cash out of this soon. I'm not sure the housing market will hold up once interest rates start up. They have to at some point.
