Hey Cheryl, I already emailed Tom, but he probably ignores me now. But tell Tom, that December is the worst possible month to dilute. Everyone knows in the penny world that people will be taking their losses for the tax season. Seeing VNDM is on the ASK all day today tells us one thing...
