This is still the last update I'm familiar with. I could send them my copy of a proposed or ideal PR but I'm still waiting a month or more to receive a reply from my last communication. They've implied silence is due to counsels advice pending sec settlement for the March 2010 promo .
But they need to remind counsel of their duty to inform stockholders also. Assumed resolution was very close and thus the counsel "dont rock the boat" advice- thats how I would play it as a negotiator-so hope we hear something soon. I think sec matter has been holding a lot of things up and once settled-not that complicated -no ill gotten gains-not one share was issued by the company in connection w that 2010 incipient promo-and they didnt ask any officer or director to stand down-so just issue a fine and get it over with so we can uplist or at least upgrade class with current financials.
Unless Mex govt has thought up some more bizarre unprecedented overbroad methods to stall things CWRN should have fert permit now and iron ore market has stabilized at a price point which is still very profitable to CWRN-and operations not affected by sec games-so let er rip-500-600k tons of estimated inventory worth over 50 million at sale prices. And 1/3 of Bobs vacation is over already.
