Thanks. I would suggest the first thing you do is look up the site OTC mentioned and see specifically what they are doing, and want to do. And then, start your research for that particular type of fund. Structure wise. Many funds have different rules for companies to be in the fund. For instance, funds for Large caps are not allowed to buy stocks in their funds for less than a certain dollar amount pps, like $5.00 ps....Others, can be for market cap, growth, mid and small cap, and then your money exchanges, commodity, retail, etc.... all have different rules.
