Non issue, and completely separate things. Many companies are in different funds, and all keep their own identity's, and do what ever they want. A 'fund', is really nothing more than a way for someone to buy into a sector, opposed to individual stocks. I can supply more info if you need it. Or, try google / what is an exchange fund.
