And yet we still have the SEC complaint unresolved

And yet we still have the SEC complaint unresolved. Would we still have a stock with a price that migrates to $0.80 if the SEC complaint was not around?
Perhaps.
There are some days where I wonder if the SEC complaint was instigated to buy more time to iron out the technology, which clearly was not as developed as we were led to believe.
Then I think better of that thought and realize that it was just a CEO who thought he could get away with something even after being advised that he could not.
I suppose I should let it go. What's done is done and JB has already suffered the consequences by losing his CEO position.
If the SEC decides that they made a mistake bringing this complaint forward, then I will publicly and personally recant my opinions about what he did. If he stepped down from his position in a purely magnanimous gesture to allow the company to move ahead while the SEC case was resolved, then that will be truly laudable.
But I don't expect that he would have stepped down if he had a shred of belief that he would be totally absolved of all wrongdoing.
I will be happy to have been wrong. I have no love for the entities lined up against the company. I do believe some of those entities are enemies of JB's own making. Some are merely jealous.
When does that movie start production and who should play JB?
