That hardly qualifies as an article. The writer clearly is clearly disposed to an anti-marijuana stance, and even lumps hemp in with the "evil weed."

This is exactly how hemp was banned inn the first place -- ignorance. And although he couches his arguments in fairly sophisticated language, even his language falls apart with examination.

There is absolutely nothing useful about that article.
