A diluted stock and bad rep. Nobody wants to give money for stock that's diluted down to nothing. But if I was a financer with a few million I wouldn't mind giving half to PV then using the other half to purchase shares off the open market. Not sure if that's even a thing to do or not, but seems like it would be kind of smart?
