It's really not that crazy. It's an average of 150 mil shares a day, or at recent pps $105k to $120k in trades...
AAPL traded 32 million shares on the 29th for a cool $3 bil plus...
So PLKD is only turning over around 5% of the O/S daily...

I don't see any form 4 filings. So that would indicate that none of the company officers, NOR any person holding more than 10% has had a change in holdings...
However, as I read the Form 4 rule, I'm inclined to think that they have to file one under ANY change in ownership, so buying OR selling, yes?
If that's the case, I was under the impression that certain insiders had bought more shares recently. I suppose we'll find out in the next company filings... I'm not super familiar with insider trading rules. Anyone know better?

If they are locked, why the total volume in last two months reached 6 billion shares?? How is it possible?!?
We know that Mohammed Eddessa- one of the major shareholders at that time (and supporters on this board) owned 312,257,561 shares before July 15. We do not know the current situation. I am sure there are many changes since the volume in past two months reached almost 6 billion shares. ( I think A/S is 4B)

Where did those shares come from? Most of them supposed to be locked? Right? Major shareholders owned 1.5B what stands for 70% of outstanding shares two months ago. (Form: DEF 14C) It means that there were approximately 650m shares in trading. It looks to me that most of them dumped those shares and doubled their money when the stock was trading around 0.001.
That is what I did. I bought 0.0005s and sold them for 0.0015s.
One of the major shareholders claims that he knew about convertible notes and their consequences (decrease in price). Wouldn't you take a 150-300 thousand dollars profit if you had an opportunity to do that? (and knowing that the price will go back down) if it was a "temporary" decrease in price, that gives you an opportunity to get your money back and get the same number of shares for a lower price. That is totally understandable! However, encouraging people to buy those shares, promising ten thousands percent of gains, saying that you "load" and in the same time dumping your shares to float and hurting the price per share is unethical.
This is just my opinion. Am I right? I believe so, but I cannot prove it. I am sure that it is not a big deal to post a prove of the number of shares owned for someone who supports this company. I think that this would be a smaller step than sharing publicly the screenshot of private conversation with CEO. Just a small thing, but can prove that I am so wrong and stop speculations!
There will be no 4z and 5z are probably all gone too!!!!
