You know I have reviewed over 100 posts you have made about ntek. The only true and verifiable information that I found regarding ntek as a company in those posts is the fact that when they were in r&d that they filed a form 15. That's it. So I trust all of the actual things that ntek has done, garnered key distributors in ingram and james, hired audit firm in sadler gibb, paid a dividend, shipped np-1, got pr'd by billion $ companies etc etc.... more than I trust posts that contain no real information but only undocumented speculation that to date has all proved false...
ntek has delivered and expanded... never an anxious moment.

The difference is audited vs unaudited financials. The unaudited financials are very likely to come out on time which is on or before September 30, 2014.
On the other hand..."audited" financials which have much more stringent requirements to qualify as "audited" may or may not come out by September 30, 2014.
Hope this helps!
Okay, let me get my head around this statement. ntek will likely come out with 'unaudited' fins to make the Sept 30 deadline, and then fix them later at their leisure.
Is that correct? Somehow that doesn't strike me as quite kosher.
