This is what is not clear to me yet, whether COO stands to benefit or EPGL, as large companies are interested and contract for this technology? Cause, they (EPGL) refer to joint development (R&D) in the filing.
I know what we have is big, but we need to understand fully how this is expected to evolve. I for one feel like I have a good exposure already, so won't be adding until more concrete information on revenues is presented or clarified.
This really is getting more exciting! So many options of partnerships!

From EPGL's past statements I suspect that is an EXTREMELY good probability. It is one of the only ways (in addiion to gains from their products & alliances) I can think of to massively increase shareholder PPS value, along with their remaining stockpile of shares, wihout a RS. They theoretically would loose nothing, shareholders would gain and the PPS might qualify EPGL to reach their goal to uplist!

What happens when their are more huge companies involved, either through the current deal with COO, or new deals with other technologies?
EPGL will be exposed to big money players, when that happens we will know. Might happen next week, may happen 2 weeks from now, soon COO will also disclose details!
Those holding through will see a strong ride up, only 1 thing can happen when a OTC trading 7-10 land an exclusive deal with a NYSE leader!

It could be that the Smart Contact Lenses need FDA approval. Remember they used the term Phase 2 in one of their Tweets. Here are a few product lines I think EPGL is actively working on. IMO no proof for #7 the IoT.

2. Mems Medical Devises
3. Wearable Consumer Electronics
4. Wrinkle Remover (Hidden Gem)
5. Hearing loss (Another Hidden Gem)
6. Open Source Platform (for #2 or #3)
7. Internet of Things (Control Household)
Big money will take the PwC/AJW shares soon. Imo, partners don't want to see their interest caught up in a liquidation proceeding. That doesn't offer the stability they would want to see in their investment.
Ideally, I'd like to see the "Big Money" from EPGL itself, taking those shares and burning them.

COO has the fastest growth rate in the industry, they make the right decisions obviously as their track record is exceptional, they make smart decisions, they now have the top smart lens technology with a exclusive agreement with EPGL! So what does this say about EPGL!!!

Now we must ask ourselves is this where "open source platform" comes in? If so what other companies will be involved? We have a contact lens leader COO,and the fastest growth rate, I believe 12% , the fastest growing in the industry, we have EPGL a microMEMS leader with advanced technology, now who else could be involved?? Smart lens technology has a place in both medical & consumer electronics field
