Thats what I was wondering when I asked about pre-license meaning verbal approval... I am licensed and was able to begin practicing once I received the verbal OK that I was licensed...my actual license was back dated to the day the board gave their stamp of approval...
Does the same apply for Cen and growing? My guess is it does...
