let me remind everyone that it is sales people that drive business. Maybe not in the case of gold because of its high demand. We may cuss and discuss salesmen but to be considered a "used car salesman" should be a badge of honor in the business world. In my company I looked high and low for a good one and was thankful when I found one.

joel stated the conversions that are wrapping up now is old debt incurred since 2010 before he took over he stated that kind of financiers are no good for anybody and he wants them out,there are shares alotted just for that purpose,and that it is not new debt he took on

Joel stated in the CC that if he can get the public float down to 2 billion through buy backs only that is what he will do ,being that he owns a large block of commons and that he is a majority shareholder that rs would hurt him ,he was adament about only doing a small rs 1-2 to1-10 at end of year only if absolutly neccesary
yea he can afford to not take a salary cause he's printing money selling share$!
joel is not paying himself because he can afford not to ,he seems super driven when you listen to him talk about the steps being taken to make us all rich.
It is not always bad how can you use the term ALWAYS nothing is ever always bad. Using a RS to move to a higher board does happen and when it does it is not detrimental to the PPS or the share holder.

Thats what you dont get... with Joels converts (preferreds) the common shareholders dont own anything.. at any time joel could and probably will do an RS and then wipe out common shareholders and dump his increased percentage of stock.

1. Joel said will look at a RS in decemebr (only a couple months away). SO how can you lie and say no RS and in the same sentence say RS EOY.. People aren't that dumb,
2. 1 Billion more shares to be dumped on 12/1... who knows how many other conversions are out there, who know the terms of this december one, who knows whose owns it but i suspect Joel is dumping as always.

4. Company has constantly increased AS and OS which is by DEFINITION DILUTION. SO Joel and get more are lying... AS was 2 then 5 then 10 billion and OS will go up in Dec when more shares are dumped.
Seriously how can getmoreshares say no dilution and then say o by the way a billion more shares are being sold with a straight face,,, Maybe he is a shrill for JOEL.
5. Maybe but we dont know if its profitable... The fact that people are working for free tells me that it isn't... Otherwise its kinda normal for people to get paid for their work... THIS IS A SIGN OF A SHARE SELLING SCAM. Maybe Joels landlord lets him live there for free and he local food store sells him food for free... hmmm he could be living with his mom, and his local store is sucking on the neighbors cow.

I don't know all the ins and outs of the markets, don't want to know corruption, I do know bashers don't sit on stocks without a reason.
I think this will run, and at some point it will top, the conversions will begin and someone will short this all the way down.
They will make money up and down.
Call it a scam, but the same scenario takes place every day. It isn't investing in companies but in the market.
If the gold is real they can run it up without being sued, then short it. The conversions guarantee it will go down.
If people like yourself keep it from running they RS and short it all the way down. Unless the gold prohibits it from falling, which I doubt.
You aren't really stopping the company, you just kill the run which is the small investors hope.
You are just hurting the little guy.

The only thing that could make the stock move would be audited reported numbers showing strong profit.... even then that pop would be short lived as then common shareholders get slaughtered.
I addition-he can keep control of the company while holding the share majority.
No takeover or being "out voted"-He is IN CONTROL.

With all the recent conversions--that was a SMART MOVE.
The stupidity of some on this board amaze me. Business 101 teaches us the reason to take a small company public is so you can sell shares and raise monies to pay off dept and buy equipment. This is what we are being told the reason is for the raise in the AS to 10.1B and the reason we are seeing an increase in the float.
Joel talks about waiting until the first of the year before deciding on the need for a RS. That seems like sound reasoning to me. At that point in time we should have 2 mines running at capacity and the 2nd quarter financials will tell us the whole story. IMHO we will see a RS that only makes sense. Why waist capitol to reduce AS in a buy back program when you can do a RS, lower the number of shares, raise the individual PPS and move to a higher stock exchange. Use the monies you are making to add to your equipment inventory and increase production.
A RS doesn't not always mean a death sentence to a stock, it all depends on the reason for the RS. If a company is producing and you have a PPS of .01-.10 the a RS of 10:1 to 100:1 will raise the PPS to well above a $1.00. That would qualify us for one of the big boards and then we would be talking big money investors.
Many bashers can make a very good negative story with what they see going on here but you can always make a good case for strong leadership and that Joel does know what he is doing.
Oh! and as far as being able to see both mines from his house...I believe him if you have ever been to Yarnell on top of the Mugion rim you would understand. From the top of the rim you can see all the way into Phoenix so I believe Joel.
