Again you don't understand difference between a ban and zoning

You keep bringing up places that banned these businesses. Are you implying that lakeshore is planning on banning cause they've never expressed this

What do you do when someone is shown an example like longmont Colorado where existing companies had to shut their doors due to a law change and ignores it. Keeps the grandfathering lie alive. Grandfathering does not apply in every Case. Google longmont colorado mmj dispensaries. No grandfathering and the courts upheld the cities decision.

Sure if they can pull it off... But Bill has troubles with issuing shares and equity from the business side you think will make the company rich... How well did the vitamins turn out again? 3.5 billion shares and nothing to show for it but maybe 200k the last quarter from that side of the business. The side of the business that was issued 1 billion shares for 1 million in debt LESS THAN a year ago.

Missy
Please read my post again. It has some additional info you missed.
I was just quoting your post lol
Show me one business with a license to cultivate over 600,00 kilos of medical marijuana that are not profitable
LOL,of course it can make money. There are plenty of businesses with all sorts of licenses but are not profitable nor operational in the end. So far this management team has not shown successful track record, but hey, they just might be in a mood to make this one work. Time will tell.
The town doesn't need a permit, and the town isn't doing the growing.
Split each penny earned, 25% to who ever financed Cen, 25% to rest of insiders, now split a half a cent between the 3 billion or so shares. Vois la.
Fitx has no issues ! Is all green ! The town has a need and a want for this ! Everything is In place ! All investors who are heavy hitters now this ! It's just time now !
Done deal guys once licensed issued to grow What's the number over 600,000 kilograms it's a done deal

Keep trying to convince people that a company with a license like that can't make money lol

From the time they get license and first crops are harvested should give them enough time to work with the city and expended processing space. Everything is doable if they stay on top of the things and push diligently in proactive direction.
Well the grandfathering laws are the same and bills knows this along with him being a lawyer in Canada and the US. Also was discussed at the meeting

Show me Lakeshore's law that says a company licensed by HC cannot grow medical marijuana.
Well, both sides may win and a select group will be grandfathered, not fitx, but new patients will go with licensed producers, not fitx at the moment. More likely to import hemp from Ukraine than export, and yeah, no exporting to US. Poor fitx, it's fate was sealed after the first billion shares imo.
you are comparing apples to organges. What you are saying is akin to

Google freedom of expression in the United States and what constitutes freedom of expression in North Korea.

Canada is not California.
No they can grow as much as they like, the full ten acres but when it comes to processing, that is where they are limited. How much bud can you dry, sort, package, ship in 6000 sqft? That is why CEN applied for a zoning amendment. Bill was half right, they can grow, they just could not process very much. something is urban planning expert team failed to point out to him. I would ask for my money back from them as Bill only hires the best consultans, construction workers, BOD's and so on for the worlds biggest and best. And they missed that point.

They could be just a grower but will find themselves severely restricted process wise.
So they will grow on 6000 sqft until they sort things out for additional space. It would be awesome to see even one bud grown and shipped out by Cen Biotech to a patient.
Google pre ICO LA dispensaries
Lol the town doesn't need a permit to grow
