The RSI is most typically used on a 14 day time-frame, measured on a scale from 0 to 100, with high and low levels marked at 70 and 30, respectively. Its all in the filings my man! And if you do the math, they got the new shares at .1275. Along with whatever shares they held from higher, I would bet that big money avg is around .20. Safe to say we get a couple easy bags here! DRIO

at 60cents the share count was 20 or 25 mil vs the new 75mil o/s...although 75mil o/s with an 80mil a/s is very low for a otcQB and lower than 90% of the otc's.
