I'm not throwing my hard earned $$ down the shtr. VIIC can succeed but they have to keep dilution under control. That is all I am concerned about. It looks like they are growing fast and that is great. Just keep the stock from growing the O/S by 500 million shares because of some chump change Asher enterprises loaned you.
Not to butt in, but if we don't see a diluter come in next week, with the O/S and Float here under 200 milly, I can see easily .03-.05 this week. This is based on 5 yrs of Penny stock trading and level 2 analysis. If VIIC can't get terms worked out with diluters-lenders then you can bet on MM's shorting all our buys in anticipation of dilution.

excellent post.........always remember it's a Pinky stock
Please answer this question for me and others thinking of going long instead of flipping. What happens with the dilutive debt building up? Asher, and others lining up with debt soon yes? We all know they'll get shares at way below pps value, so can VIIC get that debt paid? Or will we all suffer soon? If I see BMAK, or BKMM or VFIN, or VNDM start dumping, you'll see 20-30 milly in retail selling in 1 hr. Plus a pps near .002.
Wait another week, lol. 350-400 followers, .03-.05
OMFG, VIIC only has 206 followers. I've seen .0001 stocks with 1000 followers. Give this stock 1 week and I believe we'll see .03-.04
Blanka, I was lucky to make some coin on stocks a toasty mutual friend touted. One stock certainly took flight into the skies, and the other I grabbed by its fannie and now holding on tight. Recently I was inspired by the Vision you shared and his purchase of it as well. I am looking to get rid of some deadwood stocks and buy VIIC big time. Where do you see this stock going this fall (any idea of PPS possibilities)? Do you own a million shares, a half million shares, or less? I was just wondering, as I hope to buy some this week! I know the technology is solid, public interest is growing, and looming possibilities of a big-time buyout in the future! Let me know! Thanks!
,,,,,,,Blanka ask him about Garbage trucks?
Can we go after and capture that business right away.
They are in more short range situations more than Walmart,Fedex IMO.
oh wait...I SEE THIS WAS ANNOUNCED 4MONTHS AGO HEHEEEE

Long Beach, CA, May 1, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- / (http://www.myprgenie.com) -- Vision Industries' (OTCBB: VIIC) proposal to build a fuel cell electric refuse truck has won Phase 1, approval by the U.S. Department of Energy's SBIR/STTR Program (DOE FOA 0001406). The U.S. Department of Energy's Office of Energy and Renewable Energy designed this program to encourage private sector participation in developing and demonstrating a proof of concept heavy-duty fuel cell-electric truck for the waste hauling application.
"I applaud the DOE for supporting us in building a zero emission and low noise refuse truck. I believe that this truck has the potential to become a breakthrough product in the garbage industry," said Vision Industries CEO, Martin Schuermann.
Under the proposal, Vision Industries will be collaborating with the City of Santa Monica's (California) Public Works Division, where the Fuel Cell Electric Refuse Truck will be placed in demonstration service. The project aims to measure and demonstrate operational cost-effectiveness, emission reduction and commercial viability of a heavy-duty fuel cell electric vehicle in the refuse service.
In Phase 1 of the grant, the Company will provide a feasibility study and economic assessment of the prototype vehicle. Phase 2, is the actual assembly and testing of the vehicle.

Many are waiting for a dip or posting to get in cheaper but what many don't know is there is too much interest and most will keep buying in...
Friday showed perfect example of how strong the interest was after a peak of 1100% gains on Thursday...
Settled around 366% and Friday only went down 4%... Now from my limited experience that tells me Strong consolidation and STRONG INTEREST...
Those that sold out on Friday will keep buying in and more new investors and trader and flipper will come in causing higher PPS...
We have over 100 plus board mark in the past two days... NOW that says something!!!
Congrats on our board mark of 200 plus!!!
VIIC
Love it! Looking foward to higher highs. VIIC
mayerxx you miss out on my call from the low .001 You should have bought it back then...VIIC is going much higher base on fundamentals. If you do your DD then you will understand the TA is not GAGGED you must send in your requested in writing for them to allow you to get that info. That is how WE know the current float is 120 millions. The institutions with billion dollars is fully control the company they give them money left and right with 0% dilution. VIIC is belong to NASDAQ and soon will be trading TEN DOLLAR PLUS. You need to joint us and not to repeat SAME opinions without substantiation...
GLTU.
Yes its still risky as in any investment but the risk to reward if far rewarding...
Buying in lower then insider give me confidence as no reports of them selling.
Also what give me a lot of confidence is that someone on Thursday was buying big as not much from ihub was until their volume started to pour in...
I have my core in our other long term investment but VIIC might surpass but that all my speculation from the DD I have done.
But as you can see this technology will become mainstream as hydrogen fueling station will become more common...
Right now the best area would be the harbors because Tons of trucks load and unload cargo...
Government is funding these fueling station as they know they will be very important for a "green" environment and definite see this direction going as technology is going toward Electric and clean fuel:
