In most business vernacular, contractors provide a service aka do work. Vendors provide products or supplies.
I wouldn't expect you to know the difference though.
My one post for the day; don't bother responding.
I don't see them as the same....here is my description of the two. In general, contractors provide project work, while vendors provide ongoing services.

Contractors are vendors. Same concept
Happy Labor Day Weekend everyone!
Totally different concept. I pay vendors with credit cards, too.
* vendors, not employees
My post is very relevant. Because you say it's not does not change this.
I do. I also get paid via credit card sometimes when I send out electronic invoices. What does your post have to do with my question? Other than distract...
This is irrelevant to my previous posts. Please start a new post with each new topic.
Please identify a business that pays its employees and contractors with a credit card. At that point, it will be easier to understand your line of thinking.
In a penny with one person authorized to issue more shares at any given time, the amount of shares that can be issued is in fact always unlimited.
My post was a response to a misleading post regarding number of available shares--nothing more or less.
I provide source links.
Getting paid via cash or check does not change a 1099 requirement. Getting paid with a credit card does though. Has the IRS ruled if payments made through MyEcheck is reportable on a 1099K?
That's what I saw on the quarterlies.
Common shares mean nothing to insiders with pennies. It is Solely about control. Most tend to do it with preferred shares. Insiders cannot legally sell directly without causing a massive PPS dump, hence why the number is really pointless except the amount needed to keep control.
