I agree. I don't think we will see dividends anytime soon. EPGL will want the money to keep growing. With the way the first agreement has gone EPGL will be setup perfectly to start making some money once we get a product to Market with Cooper since they are paying for all the R&D related expenses. Pretty amazing!
Honestly, I think it does not matter.
dividend cannot be taken as an absolute. COO pays 6 cents per share but what really matters is how many shares make the O/S.
For EPGL, a .06 dividend per share represents $ 300 million with the current share structure. It means they must make at least that much profit. Something possible in the future but quite a lot of money, particularly if you speak about a quarterly dividend. And it is likely that they'd mostly use the profit for development, at least for the first few years.

First, I have to admit I was wrong about the run up to August 29th, you were right, the pps built nicely and was a fun ride. I still think that those gains are minimal and aren't really important compared to what comes next. The few people who were disappointed and or sold on news must have had completely unrealistic expectations for the PR - hopefully they are out, made some money, and move on to the next flip.
I believe the next few weeks will be very interesting. We now have the validation from an external source that EPGL has technology worthy of a development agreement, tech that cooper is willing to shell out money to integrate, manufacture and sell. Investors on the fence about EPGLs claims will jump in to speculate on the future success of this company. Large institutional investors (non-ihub whale types) will discover this company and throw money it's way.
Another thing to keep in mind - EPGL told us months ago that they were pursuing a development agreement. People scoffed at this and called it pinky fluff, but they came through with a deal. There's a pattern here. Friday, EPGL released a similar PR like the one in December. I expect that a few months from now, we will have another agreement in place for consumer electronics.
Still holding my shares for the long haul.
I figure 10 years out cell phones will be going down in sales by then. Will GPS be in my nose or butt. Lol The future looks to be coming sooner than what we think which brings up another question will we ever have X-Ray vision or Laser vision?
Well not sure if this will matter or not but COO pays .06 per share dividends a year. Not sure if EPGL being so closely involved with COO would follow a similar pattern or not. Either way big things are on the Horizon for EPGL. I think the agreement with COO proves that the technology EPGL holds isn't something everyone has. I can't wait for COO sept 4th and 11th meetings. It will give us a good idea of how close we are to getting a product to market.
Hey, there is a forward-looking statement at the end of the news ! Cooper must definitely be a scam
remember this ?
Only the few that wanted quick cash doubted you or said negative things which is unfortunate. Those people won't matter because when this stock gets out of the hands from the penny flippers it's big time road to riches for the longs IMHO. I'm glad to have invested early back then almost 2 years ago I think? As Frank Sinatra sang it... THE BEST IS YET TO COME
EPGL FOR THE WINNNNNNNNNN
Schwab messed up and now I'm not getting my $25k for 1-2 weeks. So naturally I asked my mother to front me the money. She said no, but followed that up with 'I'm going to give you my house in 6 years' and I found that to relax me a bit. That's around $500k. Lol.
If I had it now I'd take out a mortgage or use it as collateral, so 6 years is best.
Now, I do believe EPGL could very well surpass $1 around February. About the same time they can up list to the next tier that requires .10 minimum. Considering their contact lenses are in an advanced stage as is and there are already talks of deals with other multibillion dollar companies I'd be surprised if it didn't hit $1.
Also, should dividends arise then that could make us beyond wealthy. AT&T pays a quarterly dividend of $.45. Now with 1000000 that's $450000 a quarter while trading at $34.96. So let's keep the ratio intact and say at $5pps we get $.06 per share quarterly. That's $60,000 four times a year in dividends alone. $240,000 per year. This is some very basic math to give an idea of future dividends but is by no means something to expect and/or plan on. Now, my question is when do dividends come into play? The response to my email definitely implies it. When will it happen? I'm reinvesting the majority of those things.

It only make sense folks, like everything I've been saying the last year or two. Who will reap the rewards of major revenues, this deal with Copper has billions in future revenue potential!
What about the deals in the future with corporations in the consumer electronics industry?
Who will be accumulating with me to be come a millionaire? EPGL is the investment that will make it happen in my strong opinion! Longer you stick around the larger your gains.
Zero dilution zero toxic debt relevant game changing technology!
$$$ EPGL $$$
Nice to see this acquisition completed a few weeks before EPGL discloses they have signed an exclusive Development Agreement for advanced ophthalmic and medical technologies with (COO)CooperVision, Inc. COO needed to expand with this exclusive deal with EPGL and rights to develop their advanced MEMS Technology it looks.

Well, to be fair, they talked about "challenging its dominance" but that's the idea. Smartphone will remain a central piece of that ecosystem for many years but this is obviously not an issue at all. With the internet of things and wearable tech, connected devices represent a huge market with a LOT of room for growth.
Wow I can't believe this is so very real! The deal with COO confirms we are worth $2. Get in before the whales do. Whales swim in groups so it only takes one whale
Thank you, all!! I too saw that in the press release about wearable tech that could be worn on or "in" the body. I did know they were working on this. What I wasn't sure about was the internet capabilities that the lens could have that was answered by Valiant. The implications of this tech is almost too much to wrap my head around. One must digest this to fully understand what is about to happen here. I believe the press release stated that they would be working with other companies and social media. EPGL is probably going to extend far out from just medical applications then. This is truly a paradigm shift in technology!! However, I do realize that this is going to take a little time to become a widespread technology. It's ok...I will sit on my shares for as long as it takes and hopefully pick up some more along the way.
This is so true! EPGL said that they were looking to replace the smart phone with their technology. This would be amazing. Good things to come for EPGL shareholders.
I agree
I wonder if EPGL will have a role to play in future developments such as human augmentation, nanobots... Cyberpunk-style !
And when they made the special hint about bringing the internet into and onto the human body that is truly the tip of the iceberg. This long rumored iWatch, think what kinds of medical diagnostics could be transmitted to that from a small embedded or wearable sensor powered by EPGL MEMS tech.
Wireless communications networks are good and getting good enough where nearly anything can be connected to the internet. This means remote diagnostics in real time of patients. Alerts if something if wrong. Self monitoring of ones condition. Also since this tech is about the size of a grain of sand that makes it very embed able for all kinds of uses.
Be nice to see the development agreement posted on the websites of EPGL and COO if not already done. I didn't see it as of yesterday.
Would imagine that if EPGL was invited to the Sept 11th event they may announce that.
Like I said this will be like a Star Trek Borg and how many other devices do we have from Star Trek. This is our future no need to drive and text just say or think it in the future it's coming whether we wanted or not.
Same here. Then came B8. He knew exactly back then what he was taking about. I bought more on his hype. Thanks to him. He was always mentioning about Epgl technology.
