imo .. entity that orchestrates >> wants ask hits over bid support (easier to reset)
imo .. only with legit bid support of substance can investors beat the PROs
at their own game
ironically *retail* can't organize .. while the dolts (sec) allow the PROs
almost zero by way of *current* transparency in their manipulating
the OTC market
go figure
and since i don't have a broker's license .. i don't offer financial advice
but i will always share what i would do ...
unless it's a *test* trade to see how handled by NN (at the ask)
i almost never hit the ask .. but sit bid .. i know for a fact that a long's
bid of less than 20,000 shares >> HELD OFF >> *resets* sub 9c
for most of July 2014
they will dig their hole ever deeper .. if they believe it will buy them *time*
but even they weren't so stupid to recognize what the hiring of the CFO meant in mid March 2014
it's why *volume* for the most part has fallen off a cliff on PTOI
their last *gamble* undertaken to *reset* the clock on PTOI's 52 week low
failed on 6.4.14 .. (approx half of June's volume done on 6.4.14 with
4 fake to 1 legit)
since then 2 Qs' filed >> 5 and 10 year NYSDEC permits issued >> mgmt's update re: national co. <known via public domain> on 7.1.14 and a settlement en route re: class period that benefits every shareholder
who held PTOI shares during said *class period*
