Actually, I think the first week in Sept is crucial for you.

Yep.. Trtc is planing for a big future not a small present.
Long and strong

I will take a scotch on the rocks norm- now stfu and get back to work
Going away?....Federal inmates do 80% of sentence. No early release!

Good luck.......Visitation are allowed on Sundays from 11:00- 3:00......hope the ones encouraging you find the time to visit you.

TRTC will still be here when you are released from Federal custody........start over again and do not get so greedy. Greed overtakes many......do things honestly!

We are all still waiting for a reply from you on why in your last two posts which I pointed out were horribly inaccurate.

Your last post stated that TRTC is trying to trademark Charlotte's Web against the consent of the Stanley Brothers. But the Stanley Brothers already own the trademark to Charlotte's Web. How would TRTC be trying to trademark something against the persons consent who already owns the trademark?

2nd your posts from last week stated there is litigation against TRTC that could threaten their business.
Yet there is NO litigation against TRTC. Again there is NO litigation against TRTC

hmmm seems like a pattern

Also the Van Wingerdens and Vandevredes are related many don't know that either $$)
Th fact is the Vandevrede family is one of the largest families across the country many don't know they either
... UP, UP AND GOING AWAY ...

The stock of Terra Tech Corp. has been swaying in both direction in the past several months, but the general course of the ticker has remained downward. More recently, things have once again turned in a positive direction and TRTC has been closing sessions in the green.

Oddly enough, this is happening in the wake of their latest quarterly filing. The balance sheet in the report covering the second quarter of the year is boasting some impressive numbers, but it is still less than optimistic. Check the ones of prime interest, so you have a better idea.

cash: $2.6 million
current assets: $3.7 million
total assets: $8.8 million
current liabilities: $7.1 million
quarterly revenues: $3.7 million
quarterly net loss: $4.5 million

Indeed, the company has quite the decent amount of cash on hand and good assets compared to other companies in the OTC markets. In fact, we see a large growth compared to Q4 of last year. Unfortunately, we see a similar picture with the liabilities and the net loss.

We have to take into account that the company is still expanding its operation and can’t operate at a profit at the moment, which is also mentioned as a going concern. The latest news suggest that TRTC are working hard on developing their business and might be the reason for the latest results of TRTC’s stock.

On August 19, the company announced that their subsidiaries have submitted 8 Medical Marijuana Enterprises applications in the state of Nevada. The applications are for a total of 4 dispensaries, 2 cultivation and 2 production facilities in Clark County, Nevada, the City of Las Vegas and Washoe County, Nevada.

The press release was made several hours before the session started and had its effect. The percentile movement was small with 5.20%, which pushed TRTC to a close at $0.3661, but the 2 million shares that changed their owners were enough to generate $756 thousand in dollar volume.

Yesterday, the ticker made a bigger jump and added another 13.08% to its value, closing the session at $0.414. The volume was similar to that of the previous session and the 1.8 million traded shares constituted for a dollar volume of $724 thousand.

Still, with a market cap of just over $120 million, which seems a bit big compared to the book value of TRTC, there is room for corrections, so be sure to weigh out the risks and do your due diligence before jumping in. - source
I did not know that!

What is it about these "Van" families?

They are master cultivators....

I think September is a crucial month for TRTC...

Just looking at the chart, it seems that August was a unique month for TRTC in that it traded Btwn .34-.40 for virtually the entire month.

That was the narrowest range that it traded in since last fall when it based at .06...

And we all know what happened after that.

I am looking for a semblance of a repeat...

Worth a sticky!!! Ziggy
The fact is Van Wingerden own massive greenhouse facilities across the street from Grorite TRTC growing operation in Lincoln park, NJ

Not many people know that $$$)
With last quarter revenue of $3.7M for TRTC......Edible Gardens brand fresh produce is being accepted by the consumers. This is an excellent development for TRTC shareholders.

With Walmart....Kroger.....A&P.....Edible Gardens can do some serious growing in just these three large retail outlets alone. I would like to see a couple more large grocery retailers jump on board in the next few months as this helps keep the income stream diversified.

There is intrinsic value in owning a brand name......Edible Gardens.......and TRTC owns it. TRTC has assembled a first class team in building this name brand. The Vande Vrede family live and breath agriculture and will take this name brand nationwide. JMHO

Van Wingerden family was mentioned by DP...

They rank #51 in the nation in terms of amount of greenhouse acreage in the United States.

These Dutch families are magnificent connections.

Expansion is imminent.

It's over. You're exposed. It doesn't end here. Even if they foot your legal bill, Mann and Puri are done with you. They don't need you. First their calls will slow. Then they won't take calls. Then you'll be sitting there broker than you already are wondering if it was all worth the trouble. Then when you're at your lowest the hits will keep on comin'!!! It won't end with a little lawsuit. You're Libel Paul Ryan. You have to keep on paying. That's the road you went down. You brought a knife to a gunfight. Now let your wallet bleed boy.
